Green Light Flashing, Can't Clear It, Help!

Hello, if the green light is flashing, that means the printer is receiving data. If you've tried canceling the print job via normal methods and it won't work, turn the printer off with the orange power switch on the left side, wait a few moments, and turn it back on. If, after it comes to ready, the data light flashes again and the machine locks up, then you will need to cancel the print job from the computer that's sending it. Find the computer that sent the print job, open up the list of current print jobs, and cancel the one that is causing the problem. If it won't let you cancel, you can reboot the computer to cancel it.
