Hi, you're probably going to need to contact a Ricoh service technician to fix these two problems unfortunately.
SC 144 is a communication error between two circuit boards. The problem could be a damaged or disconnected ribbon cable, or it could be a faulty circuit board. Try to turn the copier completely off and then back on and see if the error goes away.
SC 402 is a transfer roller error. It may something as simple as the transfer roller not set correctly. The transfer roller is the long black soft roller inside the right side door -- make sure it is sitting firmly in its housing. If the roller has not popped out of place, the code could be caused by a defective high voltage supply board, it could be a bad transfer roller, or it could be a problem with your PCU (photoconductor unit).
A Ricoh-trained service technician should be able to diagnose and repair both of these problems for you.
