Reebok Eliptical Model Rbel66807.0 Makes Clicking Noise

While operating eliptical with resistance set at 3 or lower (1 - 3) a clicking noise is heard coming from either the resistance wheel or the pulley wheel or between the two. Although no pedal slip, i tried adjusting the idler screw. No change. Any suggestions that don't require disassembling most of the eliptical?
