I Have A Rca Pro 10 Edition Tablet With Keyboard And It Will Not Turn On

nor will it charge. I have tried to reach out to the rca company but no one has contacted me back yet.

Go as though you will perform a hard reset (or Wipe data) but choose "Wipe cache partition" instead. Reboot when done and then turn it on and observe. You will have you do the "Wipe data/factory reset" if the unit will still not work.
