Is There A Recall On This Model My Receiver Just Freezes Seconds After Sound Com

As of today there's no recall of this product, per http://www.cpsc.gov. Recalls are issued when there is a safety issue, and it does not appear that's your concern.

Your best course is to phone RCA at 877-794-7977. The company might help you with your problem or arrange a return.
