I Tried Several Times To Load Videos On My Device And They Don't Show Up?

i tried seval times to load videos on my m6204 player and they are appearing in the video folder on my device.  i've tried to drag and drop them into the folder and then i tried to using the rca ripper-and niether one work.  help or i'm taking this thing back.
