How Do I Get Songs On This Mp3 Player

Im trying to put songs on this mp3 player for my dad and i've synced all the songs he wanted onto the player and it said that they were all on there but when I try and go to the music file on the player it says that there are no songs on the player. what do I do????

if you have real-player ital be easy so plug the device to the usb connection to the CPU with m6204 and then choose real-player (if you have one) and with all your music with 2012 version real-player put copy to RCA mp3 and there you can do this multiple
