Wont Turn On
player wont turn on.
When I hold the power button for 10 minutes, the player show this message: Low Battery, Shutting Down.
My computer is not recognizing it.
The hold is not switched on.
I tried to update firmware - The device times out.
NOTHING IS WORKING. HELP>
