Sounds like your power supply inside the TV is bad. Unfortunately, this product has been discontinued and this is a well known issue with these tv's. I myself have one I am trying to find a replacement part for. When the back of the tv is removed you'll see a board labled jsk3220-007B or 007B. It is held on by 4 screws and two connectors. Simply detach connectors, unscrew and replace. Different parts of TVs are known to hold electricity even if not plugged in so do this with caution or have a tv repair person assist you. If you can find a any place that carries a matching part please post it for others. Thanks
