How To Clear Tv Screen For Viewing?
I am trying to set up this new RCA TV. It turns on, but the screen is almost black.There are parallel and vertical line that take up the rest of the TV.There is about 2 inches of viewing on one side. I have tried trouble shooting with no success. Can you please help?
