Your Deaf, Dumb And Blind Computer, Is Unable To Allow Me To Make An Appt.
Your computer won't let me talk to a human. It keeps saying for instance Jan.2017? Then it gets the date eight, but loses me on the time. I have to make an appt. because my roommate has an appt. the same day. If you would have a human call me so I can confirm time and date, I wont be worried about sitting in an office for hours while QUEST attempts to slip me in between patients.Kerry Coughlin

1. You may be confusing us (an independent help site) with Quest.
2. You seem to be having trouble making an appointment with your local lab. You may wish to phone Quest central. Although I doubt that Quest central could make an appointment for you, it could likely assist you in communicating with the local lab. Call 866-697-8378.
