My Elderly Mother Ordered Something While She Was Watching Qvc And It Doesn't Fi
My elderly mother ordered something while watching QVC and it doesn't fit. She doesn't have the return slip and she hasn't been on a computer in years so I can't get into her account to print out another one. How does she go about returning it?

QVC requires that the customer complete and enclose the "Q Return Label" that came with the packing slip or a new one printed from her Order Status. You or your mother will need to sign in to her account for the second option; so you may have to ask QVC for assistance. To do so, call Customer Service at 888-345-5788.
