This is not about customer service But it is important !! WATCHING JUDITH RIOKA AT 4:45am in Wicsonsin. The woman with the blindfish hair w/bangs - blk. top - -HER NAIL POLUSH IS SOOOOO BAD AND HER CUTICLES ARE RED IN SPOTS W/it's hangnail - red spots on her fingers and EASY TO SEE her HAIRY FINGERS- it is so very distracting !! Hard to see the jewerly She must be having an OFF night? Even the beautiful goldfish necklace is off center on her . Just got up and turned the TV on to this???? Wow ! I DO HOPE YOU CARE WHAT I SAY CAUSE I CANNOT BE THE OLNY ONE WHO HAS BEEN grossed out by!!

A week or so ago, I purchased the Coffee cakes from Strawberry hill. I recieved them and they are "HORRIBLE!" They are gummy and have NO taste at all. I have never had to comlained about any other purchases, but this was an exception. Spent alot of money for gummie coffee cake. Sorry for the complant, but I had to say something. Qvc Has Gotten Much More Expensive With The Shipping And Handling Also Too Much Money For The Size And Shipping Of The Item...
I Truly Believe You Would Have More Customers And Items Sold If You Could Lower Your Prices Even A Little Bit...
We Used To Order All The Time But So Many Things Have Just Gotten Waaay Too High (especially Clothes...)

I was a loyal Q shopper for about 11 years. I diligently watched and never turned the TV Off. Most of their products are now lower quality. They no longer discuss, e.g., the quality of their Sterling Silver or even the "Gram Weight" of Sterling Silver or Gold. Also, with regard to their computers ... OMG, if you do your research you'll find out they're low quality. HP is also rated as one of the 10 Worst Companies (AOL Article, 1-13-13) yet QVC claims their the best. And, with regard to their TV's ... they were still selling 120Hz when 240Hz was on the market. Their show hosts make a lot of misrepresentations about products and pretend they own almost everything. I stopped shopping completely with QVC in that they can't be trusted.
