How do I reset my Pyle receiver?

Press 'RESET' button on the remote control to restore to the factory setting state. Press 'MUTE' button on the remote control to turn ON or OFF MUTE function. Press 'STANDBY' button on the remote control to turn ON standby state. Press again to cancel standby mode.

try resetting it, if not ideally issue is with hardware or loose internal wire, which is been caused by where and tare of the product.
