Turn Off

I unbox my camera today, placed a 32gb card, make my first video then connecy the camere with the usb cable to my pc and when I tried loading it wont work. I remove the camera from the cable, remove the sd card to check directly into the computer and the video is there but the camera wont turn off, any sugestions?
