Hello, I Have A Problem, I Can't See The Videos From My Xs100

it does't work , i tried with vlc....the video is running but the sound is like ''fssshhhshhshsh''.. and teh video is black..., and one more problem , is a problem with swithing offf, when i turn on the camera form video i can turn off, but when i turn on the camera from video buton i need to give reset to close the camera..is not oke guys

If VLC can't play the videos then I'd say the camcorder is defective. I recommend calling Polaroid customer support at 1-877-408-0033 so they can walk you through some troubleshooting.
