What Does Error Code 10 Mean On My Driver Troubleshooter?
I have recently upgraded to Microsoft office 2013 and my Plantronics headset will not work with my computer - the device is ok but I cannot get any sound or speak into the PC. I checked my driver and it gives an error message of Code 10 also I note that this product is now discontinued. What do i do as I don't want to spend over £300 on a new headset!

"Code 10" reflects a Windows issue meaning you are missing an audio driver. Details are at http://soundingboard.plantronics.com/thread/15533.
