Plantronics Edge Does Not Want To Charge
Have a Plantronics Edge. It hs 1h 36 minutes. Trying to update firmware but it states battery must be 50% or more charged. It does not want to charge. I plug into computer and the Plantronics Hub recognizes it, I can make updates but just does not want to charge. I tried the wall plug as well and different cables.

Adjust the fit
The loop of the gel eartip tucks into the back curve of your ear for a stable fit.
1 With the headset powered off, replace the eartip with one of the two alternate sizes if it feels loose or tight in you ear.
2 To adjust the fit, rotate the eartip on the headset or add the optional clip-on earloop.
