When On Charger, Led Light Goes Dim
I just bought the 520 headset I hooked it up to thrasher. The light was bright red then turned dim red. I left it charging all night. This morning I tried to run it in but it won't turn in. When it's connected to the charger, it goes from bright to dim back to bright. I need help! What's wrong with it? It's supposed to be new. Is it the bluetooth itself or is it the charger?

Hi. I sounds much like a shorted charger. Being new, I will suggest you contact your retailer or Platronic.
