No Longer Shows Up As A Choice

I plugged my Oculus Quest headset into my computer and ever since then it wiped out my Plantronics Gamecom 818. I have uninstalled oculus but still am unable to get it back. Is there a driver I can install? It shows blue lights as if they are paired. I just cannot find or switch to it on my computer
