Pairing Failed Plantronics Audio .995

I tried many times to pair my new unit on my windows 7 (64Bit) that is illustrated in the online user manual. But still unsuccessful. Please guide me or is the set needs to be replaced.

The .Audio 995 needs to pair with the USB dongle that's included with the headset. The headset is not Bluetooth and thus doesn't connect to other Bluetooth devices, like your computer. The headset and dongle connection is a non-Bluetooth frequency opperating on the 2.5 GHz frequency.
