How Add Bluetooth Audio Transmitter And Not Affect Normal Listeners?

Can bluetooth (or T-coil) transmitters be added for wireless Beltone hearing aid accessories? Tapping audio through the  front headset cinnection cuts off regular speakers. Also, is there a switched AC outlet on the reveiver?
