How Do I Connect My Pioneer Deh 1700 To Bluetooth

How do I get Bluetooth back on my Pioneer radio?
Press and hold the "Phone" (icon) button on your Pioneer stereo. Turn the dial or press the "Down" button until "ADD DEVICE" is selected. Depress the dial or press "OK." Depress the dial or press "OK" again to begin a Bluetooth search.
