Demo Mode Continue To Pop, And Preset Reset Everytime

Hi, i've tried different solution i found online but nothing has worked untill now... Everytime I turn the car on again, all the presets (radio station, musical presets, ...) are reset, and the Demo Mode is back. I found solutions on different websites and forum like switching the wires at the back of the radio to keep the saved infos...but didn't work. I've also tried different manipulation found online, but nothing worked for the moment. Any new input is welcome! Thank you
