My Phillips Mc235b Always No Disk. The Service Test Program Does Not Exiist. Is
there a posibility to download a new version?

The first thing to try is cleaning the laser with a cd lens cleaning kit, if that does not work then most likely the laser pickup assembly will need to be replaced however it will be cheaper to just replace the unit with a new one as the parts would cost you more then a replacement unit.
Now do take note though that if less then 1 year old contact the manufacture as most likely it is still under warranty, and if less then 30days most stores will allow you to exchange them.
