How To Change Needle Position On Pfaff Quilt Expression 4.0

I'm trying to make welting for a pillow project that I'm working on. I do not own the piping foot that Pfaff sells. I would like to use my zipper foot to stitch the cording into the fabric but can't figure out how to get the needle into a position that would work. I need it to stitch further to the left than center. Anyone know the answer?
