Tipmatic 1027 Has Power, The Light Is On , But It Won't Run.

Plugged in. Light on. no movement when foot pedal depressed. fly wheel turns. needle rises and falls

Make sure that the belt is attached to the motor.

Make sure that the needle is not loose not stuck in the hook' if so remove the needle and install a new one.
