Can Not Insert Needle In Passport 2.0.
I recently purchased a Passport 2.0. It sews beautifully. Changing the needle is a challenge though. I just used a 110 needle to do heirloom sewing. Was very difficult to insert needel. Now using a 70 needle and it won't go in and stay even when I can't turn the screw any further. Help - any suggestions ?

Manual here may be able to shed some light on the necessary trick. On the other hand, the unit may be defect requiring that you should contact the warrant guys provided it is still covered (otherwise it will be a paid service.
