My Passport 2.0 Machine Has Been Away To The Supplier Gur Sewing Machines In Bir
My machine has just come back from the suppliers, GUR sewing machines in Birmingha, after being checked over because I was having trouble with tension and buttonholes. They sent it back telling me it has been overhauled by the Pfaff engineer and was in good working order. The handwheel will not turn freely and it will not engage to sew. It makes a really odd creaky noise and the needle very slowly moves. I am afraid I ruin it so can you please help me? Norma Aitken

Your question doesn't detail the basis for your expectation that either Pfaff or GUR would repair the machine. If you were attempting to implement the warranty, it's best to refer to the warranty document. Lacking that, use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/pfaff/customer-service.
