Are Pz1p Film Advance Problems Still Repairable?

I have a rebuilt PZ1p which stops advancing film and prematurely rewinds at that point.  This occurs when the camera or film are cool or cold -- < about 50 degrees F.  I had the same problem with a previous PZ1p, and afer some research I suspect that it's a film advance clutch problem, but this isn't a certainty.  One way or the other, is it still possible to have premature rewinding problems repaired on these otherwise fine cameras?
