Funds Charged Twice
I purchased items Oct 27,2013 using paypal. My funds were held by paypal and toon sent to my vender. This morning I had paypal send the funds to my vender but it sounds like I am being charged for my purchas again. I certainly don't want to pay twice for items. Will you help me? Thank you M.G. Bradley

Phone PayPal at 888-221-1161 or 402-935-2050. To shortcut the seemingly interminable phone menu, repeat "Agent" in response to every prompt.
