Inadequate Refund From
I purchased a repair manual from the for a total of $57.90. I returned the manual the same week and they credited me $39.96 stating that they charged a 20% re-stocking fee. Obviously this is not good business practices. I paid for this through Pay-Pay. Can you help in getting more reasonable refund? Ref: Invoice number

Sadly, merchants are not obliged to offer any refund beyond what they promised you before the sale, and PayPal's Purchase Protection would probably not apply. If yout think it might, phone PayPal at 888-221-1161 or 402-935-2050. To shortcut the seemingly interminable phone menu, repeat "Agent" in response to every prompt.
