PayPal!
A few years ago, I faced the same problem. I was what, 16/17 and wanted to buy things online with my own money, but like you, didn't have a credit/debit card.
I then found out that most people around my age were also using PayPal to make online purchases.
With PayPal, you can go to any location that accepts money transfer and they can deposit your cash straight to your PayPal account. My preferred place to deposit was CVS Pharmacy. I think it depends on location so check online on where you can deposit. There should also be a fee for the deposit, but also check yourself as I did this like 5 years ago so things might be different now.
With PayPal, you don't need to attach a credit/debit card when signing up. Just put in valid information and you're good! Plus, they have some type of "insurance" measure. Wouldn't call it the best but it's there if it's needed.
There's a lot of options now but I still find PayPal the easiest and most straight-forward option.
One recommendation:
If you're purchasing something directly from a person and not through any service like eBay, be sure to use the Goods and Services option, not Friends and Family. This way, PayPal can insure the transaction if anything goes wrong.

Frankly, the best way to do this long term would be to open up a bank account. It'll make your life a lot easier. From there, there are tons of options-you could pay with a debit card or connect it to Paypal and on and on.
However, let's talk getting this done today. If that's not an option or you're not interested in having a bank account, prepaid, store-bought debit cards are your friend. You need to get your cash digital somehow and the way to do this would be to buy a prepaid card (From Visa or whoever) anywhere they're sold, like a drugstore. They'll normally be with the gift cards. You can buy them in any amount and then use them like a debit card to buy things online.
Stores like Walgreen and Walmart even offer reloadable cards, so you could essentially have the same debit card that you use regularly, so you don't run the risk of losing money on a balance there.
There are alternatives to this, like contacting the seller and sending them a money order, but that's going to be a huge hassle without any upside. If they want a debit card, give them a debit card (without having to open one. And they don't accept cash cards.
