Refund
I ordered a phone for $78.99 11-1-2013.No phone and no refund.You said when I called Monday you would get it for me.When I call it says its busy.I need my money from the crooks that took my money.Please help me.

I suggest you phone PayPal again, at 888-221-1161 or 402-935-2050. I expect you'll get through much more easily now. To shortcut the seemingly interminable phone menu, repeat "Agent" in response to every prompt.
