Whats The Ceo Phone Number?
on 6/30 i bought a repaid paypal card iwas told 3 differant times by customer service it would be activated in 4 hours. i was laughed a but om hold once for 878 minutes then 50 and 15. its been 4 days since paypal got my money and the card syill is not active. In most states this wold be a felony.
