Getting Software And Dowloading Files To My Computer

Hello, I bought a Panasonic voice recorder (model RR-US430) around 2007 and set it up with a password to access the files from muy computer. Now I have another computer and can't find the CD to install the software that would allow me to access the info stored in my recorder, nor can I remember the password... Is there something I can do? Thank you

This is what I found on the Panasonic site; 2. How do I obtain a replacement for the CD that came with my unit?

Replacement software CD can be obtained from our National Parts Center at 800-833-9626 between the hours of 9am and 7:30pm EST, Monday through Friday.
