Panaconic Pt50lc14 Rear Projection Tv

A few months ago we replaced the bulb. Just this week while the tv is one it will just shut off blink yellow for a few min and then back to solid red. We checked the bulb door it is on correctly. Tried unplugging re plugging, we tried what the manual said to do. What else could be the prob?

Yes it blinks the code that the bulb cover is not on correctly and it is orange. We have checked the cover taken it on and off and it is on as it should be.
