Panasonic Phone Kt-tg2521e

phone is not displaying or ringing when receiving incoming calls. However am able to make calls and people are able to leave messages via the 1571 service but phone will not take messages on device. had line checked and engineer has said line is all clear. please can you advise me on what to do to rectify this no info matches my request in the manual
