Filter Error
Hi. When I try to print, I get an error message in the printer driver on my computer screen (not on the printer itself). It reads "Stopped - 'Filter' failed, 1 page. (It's a one-page document.)This happens whether I am printing from Word or another app (PDF Expert, OneNote). I am running a Mac with the 10.15.7 Catalina operating system. (Recently installed--is that the problem?) I have restarted the Mac and the printer, and I installed the latest printer driver on the Panasonic website. Any thoughts? Thanks!
