Service Call 17

i am getting error CALL SERVICE 17 in my panasonic KX-MB1520. i have not used it for last 40 days, but when i last used it was working ok,.

Call SERVICE 17 appears when something is wrong with the virgin sensor in Monochrome drum cartridge. Specifically Call SERVICE 17 appears when the resistance fuse, which is used as a virgin sensor, is not blown out within a specified time
