Panasonic Massage Chair Turns On Then Off

I have a Panasonic massage chair and my control turns on and all the lights conme on then it turns off

"If the Rollers won't move when their suppose to followed by a force shut down, there's a jam somewhere in the rollers. The Main Logic Board contains a load protection circuit that triggers a shutdown when something jams to prevent a fire.

The jam can be anywhere so you'll need to examine everything very closely.
