Have A Panasonic Ep1011 Massage Chair.
The chair no longer traversed up and down the back...just stays in the down position. I am told by thelocal Panasonic sevice center they no longer service or sell parts for this chair as it is about 15 years old.Any advice as to how to fix the unit to get it to go up and down again....the other functions work.

Another option would be to have someone fix the chair or try to do it yourself.
