How Come Everytime I Try To Format My Camera It Automatically Says Card Error?

I'll turn the camera on and I'll press "format" and when I do card error pops up and won't let me take pictures.

This issue is usually related to the hardware failure of your Olympus SP-565 UZ memory card. The only solution for this is replacement of a new memory card. Based on my research, this camera model is compatible with the following types of memory cards.

microSD Card,
xD-Picture Card,
xD-Picture Card Type M,
xD-Picture Card Type H
