Camera Will Not Turn On

new batteries, however camera is not turning on. no lights nothing

These are the possible reasons and solutions of your camera not turning on.

1. Switch Failure - you really need to check if the switch of the camera is working.

2. Battery Placement - there might be a possible improper placement of the battery. You can refer to its manual on the proper installation of the battery.

3. Incompatible Battery - make sure that the newly installed battery is working and compatible with the model of your camera.
