what could it be i have brakes still just not powerfull

A brake pedal that sink all the way to the floor could indicate a problem with the brake master cylinder or it could be due to brake fluid leak. In either case a careful assessment is required, once the issue is accurately diagnosed you can then go ahead to fix it. Check here for more information
