Trans Pumping Fluid Out After Pulling Jet Ski Trailer.

Got back from trip and had fluid on ground. lifted it up and there is a breather tube from trans I think it may be coming from there. I would like to know if there is suppose to be a end vent on that tube to keep water and dirt from entering trans? is the fluid coming out from the stress of pulling a trailer, or is it the part I read online about a problem some of these models have had with TPCS (Transmission pressure control Solenoid)???
