Windows 7 Photo Viewer With Oki B431dn Cut Borders Of

On our other printers we can print from Windows 7 Photo Viewer if we make sure “Fit Picture to Frame” is not marked. The Oki B431dn does not put the page in landscape mode and cut the borders of the picture off.

Hello. I am an Oki Data helpdesk technician from Oki Data America's.

I recommend you try another printer driver. The printer comes with a pcl and postscript driver. Determine what driver you have installed and try the other driver. The drivers can be downloaded from our website at the website link below.
