Nordictrack Gx 2.7 Handlebars Won't Rotate During Initial Assembly.

The pivot bracket on the handlebar doesn't rotate which prevents access to bolt holes to bolt the handlebar assembly to the Upright.

another similar question had an answer that said to pull hard on the handlebars and they will rotate. My wife (the 125 lb. hulk) did just that and they moved finally - they sort of clicked to different positions... continued assembly, attaching connectors is fun also....(wire length on Pulse is way too short) Finished assembly, Don't forget to go into Settings and turn off DEMO - otherwise display will not go off by itself.

take a break and come back to it. Keep trying they will eventually move. It will seem like you are doing somthing wrong, but my wife took a turn and steady pressure got them to move. Click. Click and they rotated.
