Can I Make Video Call On Skype
Am unable to make video call from skype downloaded in my phone,unable to download anything in my nokia C6

if your unable to download anything on nokia c6 00 try to update the mobile software.
anotherother choice is to take out your memory card connect it to your pc/laptop .download .jar files of desired softwares in your pc copy them to your card. and restart your cel.. it will install al the new files.
and about skype no for video call.only voice call or text chatting
Skype for Symbian works over WiFi or 3G data connection. It is recommended to have an unlimited data plan when using 3G connection.
