How To Install Default Files From Nokia C503

hello i have nokia c503.i want to know the process of deleating the defult apps like myspace,facebook,orkut,twitter from social network folder.i tried to uninstall it from installed app,but it shows REQUEST CANCELLED

The default app are locked from the firmware of the phone, You will have to download new flash file and reinstall the on your phone using your computer.
